Isabel Byron is a senior human resource professional with extensive background in executive education and coaching, management and organizational development, performance improvement and managing change.  Head of her own consulting firm since 1984, she is highly skilled in consulting, project management, learning design, and program development.  Her strengths include facilitating groups, leading meetings, conducting needs analyses, designing learning solution, and speaking to diverse groups.

Ms Byron has developed an expertise in helping cultural institutions improve their training and management functions.  She is able to identify strengths and weaknesses of how areas are aligned, recommends specific strategies to improve communications and processes between and among various departments for improved efficiencies and effectiveness.  She is able to work with the most senior levels on strategic planning needs down to the most basic of retail selling skills or security personnel who must balance safety and visitor services.

Irina Shifrin is a senior HR professional with over 20 years of experience in organizational design and development, leadership development, staff training and development, and employee and labor relations. Throughout her career Irina has been valued by senior management for her ability to become their trusted partner, sounding board and facilitator in implementing organizational change and establishing advanced HR practices, programs and systems.  Irina is also particularly skilled in engaging – with tact, diplomacy, respect and understanding –diverse audiences of both staff and leaders to achieve organizational results. Prior to her consulting career, Irina held the position of the global head of Human Resources at Phillips Auctioneers.  Prior to Phillips Auctioneers, Irina worked for 13 years in the Human Resources Department at the Metropolitan Museum of Art where she led the team responsible for organizational  development, staff training and development, and employee and labor relations. A native of St. Petersburg, Russia, Irina holds a BA in Education from the Russian State Pedagogical University and an MA in Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University.
