Isabel Byron is a senior human resource professional with extensive background in executive education and coaching, management and organizational development, performance improvement and managing change.  Head of her own consulting firm since 1984, she is highly skilled in consulting, project management, learning design, and program development.  Her strengths include facilitating groups, leading meetings, conducting needs analyses, designing learning solution, and speaking to diverse groups.

Ms Byron has developed an expertise in helping cultural institutions improve their training and management functions.  She is able to identify strengths and weaknesses of how areas are aligned, recommends specific strategies to improve communications and processes between and among various departments for improved efficiencies and effectiveness.  She is able to work with the most senior levels on strategic planning needs down to the most basic of retail selling skills or security personnel who must balance safety and visitor services.

Sarah Lang is a training and communications professional with experience in the  for-profit, not-for-profit, and education worlds.  She got her start designing and producing educational media for companies such as Scholastic, then moved on to creating sales, service and management training programs for Leaning International.  There, she designed and wrote every aspect of some of its earliest, most successful programs, and also led project teams that created customized programs for a wide variety of industries, taking the projects from needs assessment through finished product.  Sarah put leadership principles into practice as Director of Training for the American Red Cross in Greater New York, where she led a staff of five, and 50 per diem and 150 volunteer instructors in delivering health and safety courses in the Greater New York area.  As a literacy coach in a large public high school, Sarah designed and led teacher workshops, conducted coaching sessions, and gathered data for evaluation and assessment.
